Koch - Mezcal

Founded by Carlos Moreno, Koch is devoted to preserving the essence of Oaxaca through mezcal. It focuses on the agave varieties that the biodiverse state of Oaxaca has to offer as well as the maestro mezcaleros and their communities. Committed 

to sustainability and the preservation of wild agave, they have greenhouses dedicated to raising seed-grown agave plants which protect genetic diversity and ensure supply for the future.
