Tequila - Blanco
Tequila Blanco has not been aged in a barrel, it is either straight from the still or it can be rested in stainless steel or glass for a couple of weeks.
This allows all the juicy agave flavours to come to the forefront. Purists will say this is the way to drink tequila.
