Description
A peppery paste made with black pepper, Mexican oregano and garlic.
Yucatán Seasoning Paste is mixed with citrus juice to make marinades or is used as a seasoning for stews and escabeches.
Mix 30g of the paste with 50ml of fresh citrus juice and use to marinate 500g of meat or fish, then barbecue, fry or roast.

Serving Suggestion
For 1 x 250g steak: Dissolve 15g of the Yucatán Seasoning Paste in a 25g lime juice. Marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour, then barbecue, grill or fry. Or mix 5g of Yucatán Seasoning Paste with 15g butter.

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Avoid exposure to light.
