A classic Mexican agua fresca, flor de Jamaica has a beautiful colour and a tart refreshing taste.

- 50g Cool Chile Hibiscus Flowers
 - 150g sugar
 - 1.5 litres water
 
Additional details
- Put the hibiscus flowers and sugar into a jug that will hold 2 litres. Pour on 500ml boiling water, stir until sugar is dissolved, top up with 1 litre cold water, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
 - Next day, strain the flor de Jamaica and serve in tall glasses with ice.
