1.- Beat the egg together with the cream cheese.

2.- Mix-in grated mozzarella and cheddar.

3.- Finely chop jalapenos and add them into the cheese

    4.- Add flour and mix.

5.- Form small balls of 25g (wet your hands with a drop of cold water, so the dough does not stick to your hands).

6.- Cover the Cheese Balls with breadcrumbs.

7.- Deep-fry the Cheese balls until golden brown (they will get darker once taken out of the pan). Once ready, place the Cheese Balls on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

8.- Give a couple of minutes to cool down, serve with salsas and dips of your choice.

    TIPS:

-Cream cheese must be 1/3 of your total cheese.

-Gouda, emmental, or any other easy-to-melt cheese can replace mozzarella and cheddar.

-For extra crust, cover the Cheese Balls with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
